I am a Medical assistant at an OBGYN office. We recommend
-yearly mammograms every year after age 40
-Baseline mammogram at age 35 based on insurance.
-Daily Self breast exams.
-If 2 or more people diagnostic with breast cancer in the family genetic testing is recommended.
-limit caffeine intake
-stop smoking.
